PARENT COACHING

Stacy Coleman, CCLC

Stacy works with moms to help them discover a new sense of clarity and hope, as she is reminded that they are enough, even in chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. She believes that as a mom embraces her unique strengths, she can find the confidence to make it through to the other side of her stuck places. Stacy helps women find the strength to take care of themselves as she provides a supportive and empowering space for moms to explore their strengths, values, and goals, ultimately helping them cultivate a sense of balance and fulfillment.

  • From an early age, Stacy has had a zest for living life to the fullest. She carries that same zest into motherhood by celebrating life’s moments, big or small. From the first birthday party to high school graduation and every milestone in between, Stacy’s favorite role as a mom is cheerleader.

Born with congenital dislocated hips, doctors weren’t sure she’d live a life of everyday mobility. From learning to walk in a body cast at 18 months old to cheering at the collegiate level, that same tenacity that the Lord formed in her then is what carries her through motherhood even now.

Having experienced the pain of infertility and the beauty of adoption, Stacy has a heart for moms walking through life’s unpredictabilities.

Through seasons of working outside the home while balancing the busy schedules of her husband and three kids, she has learned the freedom that is found in letting go of the things that are outside of her control.

Stacy grew up in the home of a church planter where her Mom and Dad modeled the roles of caring for, encouraging, and mentoring people. This shaped her and inspired her to do the same.

When asked why she enjoys coaching moms, Stacy answered, “I love helping a mom discover a new sense of clarity and hope, as she is reminded that SHE IS ENOUGH, even in the chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. As a mom embraces her unique strengths, confidence can be found to make it through to the other side of her pain.”

This passion for serving moms also grew out of Stacy’s own journey as other women spoke into her life, at the most vulnerable, heart-breaking moments, offering their wisdom, discernment, and guidance, which encouraged her to keep pressing on.

Stacy Coleman and her husband, Ken, have been married for 26 years. Together, they are blessed to parent three uniquely wonderful teens and an enthusiastic goldendoodle.

Fun facts about Stacy: she has never met a stranger, is a former college cheerleader, and earned her private pilot’s license when she was 20 years old.

Sarah DeLaBarre, FCM

Sarah excels in organizing spaces and helping others manage their finances. She helps clients comprehend personal finance, overcome fear, and hone in on their financial objectives. Sarah advocates for the benefits of organized spaces in promoting a peaceful state of mind, enabling individuals to live life to the fullest and reducing unnecessary stress. She believes in the importance of having a feasible plan for personal finances and organizational systems to achieve a calmer state of mind so we can spend time pouring into those we love.

  • Sarah empowers mamas to break free from generations of unhealthy money mindsets and cluttered habits that lead to debt, disorder and self-doubt. Through her guidance, they rediscover confidence, achieve financial freedom, and develop a healthier relationship with your finances and belongings. This transformative journey empowers you to model vital money and organization lessons for your children through newfound actions and habits. Sarah's support shatters the vicious cycles holding you back, creating the organized, financially secure life you deserve.

As a Navy wife, frequent moves made corporate finance jobs elusive for Sarah. Helping friends declutter and simplify life during deployments unveiled her passion for coaching. She found her calling guiding individuals to alleviate financial and organizational stress through practical education. In 2020, Sarah's family settled into their Nashville "forever home," where she now pursues this fulfilling path.

Sarah's educational journey includes a B.A. in Business and B.S. in Hotel Restaurant Administration from Washington State University, as well as an M.B.A. from Webster University. She further complemented her business acumen by obtaining a professional Financial Coaching Masters certificate from Ramsey Solutions. Beyond her academic pursuits, Sarah dedicates her time as a volunteer Financial Officer with the United States Navy Sea Cadets, Nashville Division.

Integrating solution-oriented, mindset, and exploratory coaching styles, Sarah provides a holistic approach tailored to each client's needs and desires. Through an exploratory process, she guides them to uncover core values, identify limiting beliefs and trouble areas, and envision their desired financial life. By exploring generational influences on financial and organizational habits, clients can recognize current patterns and implement new intentional behaviors. Sarah then develops personalized action plans and accountability to turn their visions into reality.

Outside of work, Sarah cherishes time with her husband and three kids when their schedules align. She finds joy in simple pleasures: sunrises, sunsets, walks with friends, traveling to new places near and far, and experiencing different cultures and foods. But most of all, she loves hosting gatherings filled with laughter, sharing meals with loved ones, staying active through yoga and weight-lifting, and hearing her kids' contagious belly-laughs.
