  • Kellie Purdy is a Certified Christian Life Coach in Nashville. With a Bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of the South at Sewanee and a Master's in Education degree from Vanderbilt University, Kellie began her teaching career in a public middle school classroom where she learned a lot about students and parents and helped both work together to reach their goals. During this season, Kellie also coached soccer and basketball, providing many more experiences guiding different personality types and abilities to find their strengths and chart a path to individual progress.

As a young mother, the Lord led Kellie to shift from the classroom to Children's Ministry director at her local church, where she led students, parents, and volunteers in the service and spiritual development of preschool through fifth graders.

Recently, Kellie has worked administratively and operationally in several startup companies. This work, combined with her previous educational experiences and her passion for helping, led Kellie to pursue her life coach certification. Kellie has also spent the last 15 summers mentoring college and teenage girls at a summer camp.

She loves the beauty of story, even the hard parts, and the freedom that comes from understanding and working through your own epic journey.

Personally, Kellie has been married for 24 years. She and her husband have three children: two daughters in college, at Samford and Auburn, and a son in high school. She also has two dogs who compete for her time and affection.

By doing so, she empowers her clients to focus on what truly brings them happiness and ultimately creates more joyful lives.

  • FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH

Amy is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, through the Institute for Functional Medicine, IFM.

For the past four years, she has coached individuals facing various medical and nutritional challenges. Amy takes a science-based approach to understanding root causes of disease to develop a more targeted plan for symptom control and elimination. In addition to developing overall nutritional strategies for clients,

Amy has developed a specialty working with individuals who are suffering from life–altering autoimmune diseases as well as gut imbalances. Amy focuses on understanding each individual’s situation and goals. Using her extensive knowledge and resources, she creates a personalized plan for each client to help them improve their health through dietary and lifestyle changes.

Amy received a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and worked for

international corporations for almost ten years. After starting a family with her husband,

She took an interest in organic food and supplements, researching ways to make a healthy lifestyle more accessible for busy moms like herself.

Realizing this was her life’s purpose, Amy pursued more targeted education and training through IFM, gaining a more in-depth knowledge on disorders and how nutrition and lifestyle play a critical role in overall wellness. Amy takes an individualized approach with each client personally helping them to discover how emotional, social, spiritual, and behavioral factors interact to impact and affect physical health. Through nutrition, exercise, and stress management, Amy has empowered people of all ages, backgrounds and medical conditions to make difficult, but necessary, changes. Amy believes everyone is worthy of love and wellness. With a posture of gratitude and a positive approach she believes that every individual’s journey to wellness can be transformational and that living their best life is worth the time and effort.
