Counseling

Motherhood isn’t easy.

Moms are struggling to feel confident in their parenting.

It’s hard to thrive as moms when we have unresolved trauma ourselves.

In order to have a thriving family, we have to do our own work.

Together, we’ll get to the bottom of your struggles, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and create a path to move you forward.

It’s easy in this world to stuff our pain and experiences and keep moving on, acting like we have it all together.

So many are afraid to ask for help or even feel the pain. But we can’t heal if we don’t feel. We have to take a look into our story and create a brave new ending.

Lauren is a Kentucky native and graduated from Murray State University with a M.A. in Clinical Psychology. While working in a child and adolescent residential therapy setting, she became licensed as a LPC-MHSP and soon also became a Certified Psychological Assistant.

  • Kim is a licensed therapist, certified life coach, speaker, author, mother, wife, and former military spouse who provides moms with tools to grow and thrive in their own lives so they can help those they love to grow and thrive as well.

She believes life is too short to stay stuck, and we all need a map and new tools to pull out our inner strength, brilliance, and joy.

Moms today are bombarded with lies about perfection, comparison, and their worth that can leave them feeling overwhelmed and defeated.

Kim uses her experience as a teacher, a therapist, and a coach to share transformational tools with her audience so that they can leave their time together with clear action steps toward confidence and joy.

Through therapy modalities such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Kim works with clients to heal the places keeping them stuck so they can move into the life they are created for.
